Good economy, shitty commute, no landscape, no outdoors, no walking areas, just drive from your house to your office or suffer the consequences. Not much interesting night life. The Megachurch. Beaumont is it's more nigger nephew and I live closer to it. It's a Fresno tier garbage city surrounded by white flight communities which aren't bad.

Basically Southeast Texas is mostly shit with pockets of awesome and good schools and neighborhoods sprinkled about occasionally.

I wouldn't live anywhere else, but I would never tell anyone it is good.
