Named for Richard G. Butler, the butler plan admits the truth that whites cannot retake the whole of North America, and so for our survival we must begin preparing to establish our own state in the future by flooding the Pacific northwest with racially aware whites. There are several organizations working toward this end right now, but first we need manpower and funds.
