What are the problems / flaws with Socialism as an economic system?

Their heart is in the right place, their head is not. The economic theory they base their philosophy on is flawed, and requires increasing amounts of authoritarianism in order to sustain it which is why every single socialist revolution in history has eventually ended with a violent totalitarian government suppressing it's own people

People don't work for nothing, and they certainly won't work more than the next dude if you don't incentivize. Also, people are greedy. This is a historical fact, and one apparent in every society or economic system man has ever created. Greed and true socialism are mutually exclusive, therefore it's destined to fail.
