I thought of an Idea. One of the biggest problems with Obongocare is money. Let’s ditch Medicare/Medicaid Completely and use the funds for a single payer system using the private industry. Like car insurance, the minimum only covers the bare minimum. Anything else like reduce cost of meds and treatment is extra. A government portal assigns each person a Medical ID and can select from different company with different planes. The money that would have gone towards Medicare, would go to your Medical ID. The person can also increase their deposit to the Medical ID to build a stash. This is to cover more expensive treatments that the insurance plan cannot cover. Say your plan cost $100month, you can increase it to $150 and keep $50 per month in a medical stash. The more you pay, the better care you get. The “liberals” would be happy that the unemployed will still get basic shit.
