Ismahil Akinade plays for Dublin football team Bohemian FC.
Him and two of his friends gang-raped a 14 year old girl in a forest.
Judge gave them two years but suspended it for three years so they never served time.
She said the conviction was punishment enough and would affect their employment.
She was wrong. He was signed by Bohemian FC and was nominated for Young Player Of The Year.
Last week, he got a standing ovation for his return after an illness.

Searching through the court records, we find he had cases against five Newspapers.
They scrubbed their reports about the rape case. No reports remain.
