Got into an argument with someone who simply dismissed all Conservatives as mindless idiots. Hard to have reasonable discourse with someone who claims superiority and is so narrow minded to other ideas.

I will admit to my lack of knowledge on it, not indicative of all Conservatives, but when the question came up to name one intellectual Conservative, I didn't have too much.

Does Milo and Ben Shapiro count? OFC, they dismissed all conservatives as psuedo-intellectual.

Does /pol/ have a reference for good intellectual Conservatives?

I haven't researched much on intellectual philosophers or intellectuals. My professional field and personal interests are far removed from this stuff.

I could do some reading OFC, but I'd like some help in where to start. Some suggested reading material perhaps?
