Observationally in the US I've found that higher income individuals drive more aggresively and drive at a higher rate over the speed limit, but in less populated areas. One could assume that these higher income people are of slightly higher intelligence.

Accidents also coorelate to population so the data will likely be fucked up since lower income=higher population density and thus more traffic incidents. Lower intelligence (as judged by an IQ test) correlates to lower income.

So I feel a higher income individual (rich, intelligent) would be a higher risk if they had to live in a densly populated (poor, unintelligent) area.
