When i was in the USMC i saw a ton of mexicans and blacks. None of them made it past Sgt. Very few did and they where the cream of the crop of minorities. Great people, respected them completely.

I have worked with Blacks and Mexicans that do wonderful in white society and i don't blink a eye. A majority of them can't handle western values and culture. Blacks get tribal when in numbers, gang violence is just tribal warfare. Someone comes onto your land you confront them with a spear.

No, culture should be the main consideration.
However, you have to be blind to not realise that people tend to self-associate with certain cultures based on their race or ethnicity. Partly because how they are raised, but also partly because of the fact that people are visual animals that look for patterns and want something to identify with. People sticking to members of their own race and forming or maintaining a unique culture within those groups is to be expected.
So in practice, you'll often find that race and culture are congruent. Game theory dictates that you take this into account, at least implicitly.

Being a white nationalist/identitarian/whatever is not about promoting the idea that whites are innately superior to all other races. To the contrary, it is about understanding that there are differences and strengths and weaknesses within each race and allowing the races to flourish separately on their own. I acknowledge that Blacks tend to be better athletes, Asians tend to have a higher IQ, Jews are better with money and subverting foreign cultures from within. I support white identity because I love my people, our culture, and ancestry, not because I believe we were meant to dominate all others.
