That's a classic text you send when you are texting back and forth with a girl late at night but are sick of talking to her. But rather than saying "I'm done talking to you" you just stop texting back and claim you fell asleep

However you shouldn't us it, as everyone knows it. It's like using a chessy chat up line. Really if you want to stop texting a girl, then just stop, and pick up the conversation the next day where you left off. Much less Beta than needing some fake excuse to stop texting

It's just something you text as a way to end the conversation. Whenever we read "lol" we dont assume that the other person is physically laughing out loud. I guess sluts just want to find ways to feel smart about themselves
