Been cucked into giving all my money to the kykes when I go to the theater.

Been cucked into giving all my money to the hindus when I buy a six-pack at the corner store.

Been cucked into giving all my money to the chinese when I need boxer shorts or electronics.

Been cucked into giving all my money to the spics when I buy avocados or strawberries.

Can't give any my money to whites cause lazy millennials won't fill any of the jobs or own a small biz. Fucking useless cucks we all are.
>>
No money
Cost of cars, education, health care, and housing is incredibly high due to boomers using cheap credit to increase cost of everything. Wages constantly lowered due to outsourcing and mass immigration

Gee it's a mystery. It's almost as if exorbitant prices and low wages result in low living standards.

I own a car and I'm gonna buy my first property at 30yrs old. Is that a bit late? w/e gotta stop renting. The economy crashed while I was a sophomore in college, so I joined the Army and now I'm probably more well off than 75% of my HS and college friends. Being out of debt is great.

it shouldn't even be in the category of what you might term "an investment" but nevertheless it might be a necessity to go out and get a job. Public transportation infrastructure sucks on purpose in the USA so that you're forced to buy one, but what are you gonna do? NOT travel the country?
>>
>>131884188
because the only reasonable way to afford a house is to sell your old one.

But now they work in Starbucks.
>>
>>131885735
cant say about the US but one thing europe has going for it is public transportation and cheap bus-train connections intra cities

as for the job aspect, more and more employers are stimulating workers to take a bike to work

also the cities here don't have such a huge urban sprawl element to them and they are easily traversable in order to go to work

The problem isn't just uni students, it's the entire generation perpetuating a nihilistic zeitgeist. Of course uni students aren't helping and make matters worse from their inflated egos.
>>
Because we're too aware of the jew to allow them to charge us (((interest))) on large purchases.

Pay in full or not at all.

Plus cars are depreciating assets. Plus we're all likely to get given property by the boomers once they pop- plus the boomers are just now inheriting shittons of money. There's something like 6 trillion of assets that's set to be transferred across generations over the next 20 years. Problem is our parents and grandparents have all of the money and assets- there's fuck all left in circulation for us.

In the 1950s in the USA, car companies bought up both public and private rail lines and scrapped them so they could force the model of the "suburb" and the "commute" We've been saddled with it for many years.

Very simple - stay with your parents and pay them keep money. Then you're at least helping the family instead of giving money to (((them))).

Do that for a year or two and save up the money to buy a small plot of land, buy a container and make it into a small property. It's possible to do that for about £25k, less if you've got decent practical skills.

I did that and my container home is now rated to be worth 100k. Shows how batshit the property market is right now.

That's the way the whole rest of the world functions (or ought to), for the most part. Save up a big stash for a down payment and don't lose your job, and in 6 years you'll have built enough equity in the property that closing costs won't look so bad.

A small one.
>$20/hr
>$42,000/year give or take
>Put $18,000 of that into a 401k, leaving you $24,000
>taxes might take another $5,000, so now you have $19,000
>Depending on your lifestyle, you might spend $500-$1000 a month on living expenses like food, clothing, cars, phones, etc. So that's $6000-12,000/year
>Leaving you with $13,000-$9,000/year. Or around $1000-$500/month
>Monthly PITI payments for mortgages typically cost around $750/month for every $100,000 borrowed.

Starter houses around me are in the 100,000-200,000 range. So by yourself, it would tight, but potentially doable. It would be easier if you had a partner, or if you're doing the bachelor thing, bring in your bros as roommates and have them be your rentcucks.

t. 28 y/o, bought $230k house last year on $27/hr.
>>
>>131886890
at the market value of $40-$80 a suck, they actually should be buying houses, they have the income.
>>
My friends in NYC don't want to buy a house. They say it takes too much time and effort to maintain it. They all make 100k+ a year in great jobs but all live in small apartments in NYC and refuse to buy a house ever.

They pay 3k a month on rent.

They refuse to leave the city because they feel that they will have to take care of their house and they feel like they will get killed by rural and suburban retards unironically. I'm not kidding. They complain about the weather and I tell them to move elsewhere but they think some "redneck will pick them off" somewhere. We're all 28 now and they refuse to go any further than DC because they say they will get killed.

They're fucking brainwashed to believe that everyone from the south is some deranged shooter.

In Europe Prices of houses have always been higher. It used to be a house cost 3 times the median income (this was around 1960-1970) so when Americans could potentially payoff their house in one year Europeans already had to save at least a decade to buy off their house from the bank. Nowadays the price of housing is even more ridicoulous as a appartment of 65M2 (or about 700 for americans) is about 180.000 euro. This is about 6 time median yearly wage, also this is also in a cheaper rural region. The more expensive regions like Amsterdam ask 350.000 for only 60m2 apartments(645 square feet) so about 12 times the median yearly wage for a house just big enough for you and your dog.

Because they're stupid cunts who can't manage money or plan for the future.
In London there are heaps of them who live in shared accommodation in expensive boroughs paying 800+ sterling for a room, changing jobs every year and forgoing raises and bonuses because theyre not 100% satisfied and want to be mobile and try out new stuff then they complain they're not earning enough.
They all have the latest phones and dress up in expensive clothes, go out 2 nights a week and go on their cheeky long weekend breaks because they feel they have to consume as much as possible because you know, that's the best way to make the most of the best years of their life.
I'm a mileniilal myself but I'm glad I can see through this. Our current batch of milennials in the office would rather buy 8 quid lunches and a 4 quid coffee and croissant instead of cooking for themselves because they're sooo busy.

Average house in my area costs $700,000
Average income is about $45,000

Average wages haven't risen by all that much - even with an engineering degree and 5 years' experience, you'd be making about $70k. Less than 10% of the population makes a 6-figure salary on paper. After taxes, student loan payments, car insurance, food, electricity/phone/internet bills, $70k doesn't go that far

You would need a 2-income household, preferably with a partner who also has a useful university degree and is employed making about $70k. But people are interested in hooking up on Tinder and marriage is becoming rarer, so you can't guarantee a stable, long-term 2-income household as a base for a mortgage that large.

"Move to another area" - no high-paying or career-building jobs (or any jobs even) away from the expensive cities. Many houses are bought with large down payments acquired as gifts from parents, or parents and family co-paying. Money coming in from abroad (China, India).

There's very little "natural" growth - go to school, get a good job, get married, buy a house - this shit is happening less and less, more activity in the housing market is foreigners, boomers, speculators, banks, etc all financed and encouraged by ultimately central bank funny money.

Basically, shit's all fucked yo

A combination of factors:

>Poor money management skills
>Reliance on low-skill, low-wage jobs
>Frivolous loans (new cars, credit cards, etc.)
>Insisting on going to 4 year universities instead of clow-... I mean, community college for non-specialized degrees
>Student loans that they'll never be able to repay
>Coddled upbringing by middle-class, financially stable parents

There's more but I can't remember the others.

get over yourself and yopu disgusting angst and wade in. in the early 90's houses were 65k and min wage was 3.35. if you are starting at the bottom, it's always tough. the flipside of that coin is that when you have some success, it belongs to you and you alone.

Canada, too, Nigel. Been stagnant since '76-'77. Basically my whole life has been watching the standard of living go down. Feels great.
