Back in the 80s I worked in Maccas in OZ, they tried to limit us to 20 hours because after that your were part time instead of casual.
I always managed 40 hours per week because kids would no show and I would come in if called. I was also willing to work the grave yard shift.
After 40 hours they would doctor time cards to prevent paying OT.
Next, stay at home (if they don't charge excessive board) and get a kick in the bank. Going into the rental market just means you stay broke forever. If you can live with your parents until you have a deposit, then get a lodger in to help pay the mortgage, then you are on your way to a successful life.

So I work for a massive company with hundreds of employees. I have a desk job but I have to get about the entire building checking on certain things. I know everyone, and we employ many polish immigrants.

During a recent work night out I ended up banging one of the polish girls working here. I am currently receiving threats and people other than me have made complaints and management has to get involved to resolve this.

Even if their population stabilises in the future the damage will be done. They have having a baby boom right now. When the older white population dies off we will see demographic shift.

Pretty different from what I've seen, as far as I know, unlike the Sunnis, shi'ites don't really seek a "global caliphate".
Their values are traditional but compatible with Western society, but that's not implying that some Shi'ites will try to bend the rules to their favor. We all have "that" kind of muslim.
Are they different? Yup, from the Islamic rules down to the way of prayer. From my interactions with Shi'ites, I could tell you that they don't have as much fervorous religious inclinations as Sunnis tend to have.

As long as people have freedom of choice over religion and their religious expression doesn't harm other people, there's really no problem.Worry with Sunnis is the attempts to violently expand the religion, but in the case of ISIS maybe it's just an attempt to use terror to stop US/Israel destroying Arab nations, and they'd stop with the expansionism after that.
