Kids ought to play outside, it trains their brain and keeps them healthy. Don't let kids have excessive friend time, and if they're with friends, make sure they are good influences. No every day friend shit. Once a week is sufficient. Don't spoil them in any way shape or form, and give them nuggets of wisdom every chance you get to imcrease their intelligence and good sense. Make sure any school they attend is good. Put away childish stuff and put your family first. Also go to church even if you have doubts. At the very least, it gives you social connections and is a good influence on your spirit and makes families stronger.
