Yea, the first part some other good anon made. Some of the smaller parts around dietary cholesterol I had on file with a talk with some medfag student who has proven to me at least what kind of range you are allowed to eat meat and cholesterol in.
A few other parts I still just added in from memory.
The thing with this anti vegan thing is that I also wanted to teach how to eat a proper omnivore diet. With moderated amount of meat (but also exercise) (as even the europeans recommend it and say that 53% of all peoples are sedentary, in their research mag)
Most large govs for LDL things actually recommend exercise because it does lower it.
The one thing that is kinda missing which I would still like is some more proof for dietary cholesterol being important for test. But too lazy to google it, well not lazy, just little time since I am working a 40 hours workweek mostly. But yea as it is now there is enough content to kill the veggiefaggots, morally that is.
