thanks for the info. Iv only noticed this exorbitant amount of vegan threads in the past week. It increased massively out of nowhere.

the vegan subreddit decided to attack places like this, we on /fit/ are well aware of it. So we started to make easy paste.

Like I said in those vegan threads, this pastebin against the vegans is mostly complete now. The best way to deal with any opposing force is to morally weaken them, well we know this approach works here on the internetz.

Yea, the first part some other good anon made. Some of the smaller parts around dietary cholesterol I had on file with a talk with some medfag student who has proven to me at least what kind of range you are allowed to eat meat and cholesterol in.

A few other parts I still just added in from memory.

The thing with this anti vegan thing is that I also wanted to teach how to eat a proper omnivore diet. With moderated amount of meat (but also exercise) (as even the europeans recommend it and say that 53% of all peoples are sedentary, in their research mag)

Most large govs for LDL things actually recommend exercise because it does lower it.

The one thing that is kinda missing which I would still like is some more proof for dietary cholesterol being important for test. But too lazy to google it, well not lazy, just little time since I am working a 40 hours workweek mostly. But yea as it is now there is enough content to kill the veggiefaggots, morally that is.
