The article then also focuses on making immigrants feel welcome through multicultural fairs celebrating diversity.

It's just population replacement to make sure there's still tax cattle for old people. They're not even trying to hide it anymore. They won't get natives to have more children, they just want more people now, so pick up a bunch of people from somewhere else and put them here. This is what politicians are choosing all across the Western world now.
