I understand that Pierre Trudeau introduced Multiculturalism as law. Brian Mulroney introduced mass immigration in '86, and those numbers have never gone down. Liberals (under Martin, I believe) brought in the temporary foreign worker program, which does not resemble its initial form; it is now slavery. My question is, who are the guilty parties regarding what has happened in Canada?
