I blame drugs being illegal for many of mexicos problems. The beheadings im not sure about what's behind that , if we're going full Americas fault I would say the design America has worked Mexico in to is just so negative in spirit and execution that Mexico is the truest most unchecked version of what our leaders are trying to accomplish. Luckily the balancing of voices in America has held up the bar. Also america can't see how much of an influence they have over Mexico itself, being so focused on internal things. I don't know, saying anything is %100 the fault of something else is a pretty bold claim
