The thing with women leading tech companies usually means that the CEO has no Idea about the product she is selling because she ran the marketing department before. It also explains why so many female CEOs seem to be focused almost exclusively on equity. I'm a conservative software engineer and the tech industry isn't as cucked as /pol/ makes it out to be. Yes, the Big 4 are pretty bad about pushing nu-male lifestyle (other than maybe Amazon), but most mid-sized tech firms are pretty smart about who they put in charge and not forcing too many diversity hires. Silicon Valley isn't the entire industry.

Only one woman in our tech department, and she's pretty brilliant. Gets and maintains every technical certification the business required, has a sharp eye with respect to software quality/testing, and the only reason she's not an active developer is because she's too busy putting out logistical fires in every other department of the business.
