I think the left is essentially a young kid who's just now learning to deal with disappointment/failure. They were all led to believe that Hillary was unstoppable by their news media. Now that Trump has ascended to the throne and Republicans control the majority of government, they are just now learning that things don't always go their way. Also, since the left controls the media, they are able to put on these elaborate shit-flinging spectacles to slander Trump. The left is no longer about representing "working people", just weird-ass misfits, the entertainment class, and foreigners.
