I will agree with you to a certain extent:
The people that push the "where is the wall" meme or generally try to discredit Trump by insulting him based on intelligence, behavior or MSM fake news are all shills, no questions asked. But sometimes people criticize his foreign policies (weapons deal with Saudi Arabia for example) with good arguments while still trying to remain neutral (it could still be 4D chess). Those posters are among the better ones and may not be regarded as shills so that the people using the term "shill" don´t discredit themselves. Its easy to spot a paid shill, his posts are one-sided and he puts zero effort in his posts.
