Like...completely.
The law that dictated that during investigations, Police had to "honour the relationship of trust between banks and their customers", has just been abolished.
In 2005, a special exception clause was added that already significantly reduced the effectiveness of the law in investigations, but the "promised special occasion clause" turned into a "common tool of investigation", even without indication of usefulness
