Outdated map. At least the part concerning Poland. It was 1.5 in 2015 (after some changes to gun laws were introduced), and it has been rising pretty fast. I don't have the stats for 2017, but judging by the fact, that there are gun stores popping up in every major city, I'd say it has to be at least 2.0.
On one hand it's very low, but on the other - the numbers are growing rapidly.
