Is it possible to have a multiacracy? In that citizens could choose to partake under the rule of many competing governments that shared a nation rather than one they were born into? For example, if you opt'd into the social democratic government, you would receive the benefits and drawbacks of this system voluntarily. Lets just say if you wanted free college, it would be payed by the taxpayers of that political system specifically and they would be in charge of footing the bill, not the whole nation. That way, those who opt'd into the Right Libertarian political structure would not be upset at having to give their money away. See what I mean? Also, would not having the option to change governments be incentive for them to give their people the best support for their needs and their wants as possible. I feel like not have an alternative to modern political paradigms is at the core of peoples dissatisfaction with life in general as different people require different things to be happy.
What are your thought?
>Be underage: join the left for free education anf healthcare
>finish college: join the right for low taxes.
The left wing would be bankrupt in no time. This doesnt work
How these governments would wage war amongst themselves would be interesting. Total civil war at the drop of a hat.
I'd like to see it done. Some infrastructure would need a fair bit of cooperation, but nothing computers wouldn't be able to deal with.
