I live in Seattle and I live near a church that is constantly proclaiming leftist political views on its signs. Things like "Black Lives Matter" and "Love your Muslim neighbors.." Today it is "The 'Healthcare' bill is immoral."
It got me thinking...what the fuck is this church and who actually goes to it? I'm surrounded by gay atheist leftist communists in Seattle. Who among them goes to church? So I started digging into this church and now I'm even more confused. The very first Yelp review for the church mentions labyrinths. Apparently this church has a great labyrinth and is really into them. https://www.yelp<dot>com/biz/seattle-first-baptist-church-seattle?hrid=hyLqcTdFHAvqnt3Nl1-o9Q So that's kind of weird. Why is the Labyrinth the path to peace, and not Jesus Christ?
Then I find this link on their site http://www.seattlefirstbaptist.org/labyrinth.html:
>Walking the Labyrinth Nourishes the Soul
>By Rev. Carolyn Shimabukuro, SFBC Labyrinth Team Leader
A(the?) Reverand talking about how the Labyrinth is nourishment for the soul. WHAT THE FUCK? Apparently they are involved in the Labyrinth Society https://twitter.com/LabyrinthSoc, and if you look at their location: "Sacred Space." They also have a weird-ass website talking about some cult shit https://labyrinthsociety.org/energy-keepers. But it got me thinking even more...labyrinths...labyrinths...holy shit you know what else were labyrinths? THOSE FUCKING FBI PEDOPHILE SYMBOLS (see image).
Yo dog, this shit isn't Christian. These churches are fake as hell. What exactly am I looking at? Am I too far down the rabbit hole? Why are these extremely SJW leftist churches obsessed with labyrinths? Somebody please just tell me this is all nothing.
Anybody want to give me a bump for discussion?
I just found another labyrinth-oriented seattle church, really nearby. http://www.stpaulseattle.org/spirituality/the-labyrinth/

I live in Seattle and I fucking hate it so many Mohammad's and nigger lovers every where
sounds like a bunch of cia niggers
I'm so glad im Jewish
I would say check out who the leadership is and associated lay people and see if any of them run in circles of local or state gov.
A lot of people think all the weird shit is going on just at the federal level but they have to have people on the ground and an operation of this nature is going to have a small number of active groups with a large number of groups being groomed or screened for future capitalization. A list of donors or investors in any charity/business/childcare/education programs the church is involved in is another place to work.
What do you think OP?
mystery cultists using christianity as a mask
this seems like shit youd have seen in the late roman empire

>Historically, labyrinths were rooted in paganism and incorporated by Catholicism. Now they are promoted by the Emergent Church and others who seek an open spirituality apart from the Bible. Paul’s warning to the church should suffice to keep us focused on Jesus and avoid empty ritual: “See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ” (Colossians 2:8).
Yes it's wrong-headed and unchristian but it doesn't necessarily mean they are a cult
