My sister in law works at a group home for autistic adults and there are plenty blacks with autism/development disorders. Are you joking? Most people with autism--not the meme version but actual autism--have substantially lower IQs. I know an autistic guy that cannot work as a clerk because he cannot hand out correct change even when the register tells him exactly how much to give back. He will also forget to do something that he has done hundreds of times before like pay bills, the location of X person's house/place of business, or show up to work on time. The guy reads at around a second grade level and he had to be taught as an adult to do so over the course of many years. Asperger's isn't true autism and there is currently debate whether it's even on the spectrum and not just a set of personality traits.
