How much of a meme is it ?
I noticed they're always talking about money, but rarely about worked hours.
Or even that's mostly men who take the most difficult jobs.

I do take this entire post as a joke, whoever arrives to /pol/ usually knows the gender wage gap is bullshit before they ever get close to it.

I remember an article by NYT about how gender wage inequality wasn't entirely the most accurate argument because most studies don't take motherhood into consideration and that throws averages way off. Source to follow
It's usually because they consider salaries as a whole and not stuff like hours worked. Women in general tend to work less overtime, less often.
