Lets list the names of people we know for sure that are under investigation by the FBI or Senate or State dept.and lets list those people we know are not under investigation.
Under investigation:
Loretta Lynch (senate)
Andrew McCabe (3 senate investigations currently)
Bernie and Jane Sanders (FBI investigation;bank fraud)
John Podesta (private Senate inquiry)
Clinton Foundation??? (last public comment regarding the CF was from James Comey who said, 'Im not going to comment on that, which its reasonable to say is a comment in and of itself hinting at delicate stages of a complex operation such as a RICO investigation).
Hillary Clinton (State dept new investigation)

People we know for absolute certain are not and never have been under any investigation from the mentioned agencies and entities:

If I missed anyone please post the evidence of my oversight. Any supporting info regarding the list I have compiled also has a natural place in this thread. ANY EVIDENCE TRUMP HAS EVER BEEN UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE FBI OR SENATE OR STATE IS MORE THAN WELCOME BUT YOU MUST PROVIDE THE EVIDENCE.
