There is hope, but it would probably require balkanization. I think the best way to bring about a fascist USA would first be to reorganize the states based on geographical and cultural regions, perhaps having the following states (just an idea):

>The Islands (Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
The states would basically be independent fascist nations, and the "United States" wouldn't be a single country so much as it would be an alliance between these nations much like what Mosley had in mind for Europe, we would have economic and military agreements between each other, provide mutual defense, and perhaps cooperate on matters such as space exploration and foreign diplomacy. It would be like a less coercive version of the European Union.

Also, before we split up the states we would need to migrate as many blacks as we can to the Southern states (barring Texas), they already have a disproportionate number of blacks so rather than have a black minority causing trouble throughout all the states perhaps we can just have one of the states have a black majority.
