God, these threads have to be made by people being paid to propagandize everything that can be construed as undercutting the investigation into Trump.

The video is of an wealthy cunt expressing sever apathy to anything beyond making money. Whether it's ethics or the investigation. He iterates multiple times in the video that he doesn't know, and why the fuck WOULD he? He's a fucking producer for fucks sake, all he gives a shit about is ratings.

Give me a video of a top US official intimately involved with the investigation saying it's a bullshit hoax and I'll be duly impressed.

You could replace the faggot in this video with a hobo carried in off the street for all the weight his words carry.

obstruction of justice is a meme. he hasnt done anything that the president isnt allowed to do and comey said specifically that he did not whitness any obstruction of justice. Watch comey's testimony yourself, the only serious indictment he makes is towards lorretta lynch.

seriously, for CNN its raitings, for the Dems its their entire 2018 platform because they have no platform. The nationalist socialist bernistas will take over after the 2020 defeat, then you will know the true scope of our victory and you will share it with us.

Apparently you know better than fucking Mueller, and it's not just about Comey any more. Trump was trying to get the DNI and NSA to deny evidence of Russian collusion as well.

>seriously, for CNN its raitings, for the Dems its their entire 2018 platform because they have no platform. The nationalist socialist bernistas will take over after the 2020 defeat, then you will know the true scope of our victory and you will share it with us.

You know what a fucking witch hunt looks like you fuck? Impeaching a president because he had a consensual affair with a woman and wanted to quibble about the definition of 'sex' while under oath.

The number of parties from Trump's administration guilty of perjury and getting off scott-free is gobsmacking considering the charge was enough to impeach Clinton over.

And you fucking want to claim "obstruction of justice" and "foreign collusion" is nothing?

Go fuck yourself.
>>
I watched the video, and it's really long and boring.

tl;dr, some guy goes in and gets a temp to say the Russian narrative is BS; despite there being mountains of evidence stating otherwise. I wouldn't be surprised if this guy paid the temp to say those things to get attention for his own website.

>Uh, collusion isn't a crime!
its not, name the statute. colluding to commit a crime is a crime, but simply working together with someone, foreigner or otherwise is not a crime. Unless hypothetically you want to go back to the logan act which has been btfo as a potential avenue of litigation. Even the prosecutory path for the logan act is hilariously thin, but there is more evidence for that than anything else.

>Apparently you know better than fucking Mueller, and it's not just about Comey any more. Trump was trying to get the DNI and NSA to deny evidence of Russian collusion as well.

mueller has not testified to anything, nor issued any findings. What mueller knows is not publicly known, nor is it proported to be anything more than nothing.

>You know what a fucking witch hunt looks like you fuck? Impeaching a president because he had a consensual affair with a woman and wanted to quibble about the definition of 'sex' while under oath.

ya, the clinton impeachment was a witchhunt, should there have been a special prosecutor? probably not... did he lie under oath? yes. but seriously check whether you want to bring up the conduct of past presidents in this, because you are about to open this argument way further than you want.

It wasnt about the definition of "sex", it was about the definition of "sexual relations" dont try to misrepresent the situation. A blowjob is clearly "sexual relations".

>The number of parties from Trump's administration guilty of perjury and getting off scott-free is gobsmacking considering the charge was enough to impeach Clinton over.

There might be several statutes, but at least one is the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002. Where a foreign national spending money to influence a federal election is a crime, and a US citizen collaborating with them in that spending is a crime.

>What mueller knows is not publicly known, nor is it proported to be anything more than nothing.

>>131571649
In this political climate? When the guy is alienating our international allies, destroying US reputation abroad, making a mockery of some of our most esteemed government institutions. Putting people like Pruitt in charge of the EPA (where HE bizarrely lobbies coal companies to not back the Paris accords) and DeVos in charge of our Educational System. Trying to pass a healthcare bill which will cut a TRILLION dollars from medicare and the like, knocking 22 million Americans off of their insurance so he can give the trillion back to the most wealthy families in the United States as tax breaks. Passing a bullshit infrastructure bill that sells our public land, highways and national parks to private corporations at a discount price.

Honestly? Yeah.

Spending money to run propaganda campaigns from Russia or fund cyber attacks is more than enough to constitute the crime.

To be honest this conversation seems incredibly disingenuous to me. Do you honestly expect me to believe you have a hard time imagining how a foreign power flaunting the sovereignty of our country to help get a candidate elected is not illegal? Nobody is that thick.

>The democrats in congress called for an investigation, so there is an investigation. There doesnt have to be any evidence for an investigation to be called for by congress.

What about the women he raped? It's not about whether you morally accept that cheating is OK or that you do not value marital vowes, it's behavior that is unacceptable for the POTUS and he lied about it under oath. Now go ask your wife's boyfriend if it's OK they you have ravioli and ice cream for dinner you fucking shill.

Lmao, how the hell does the disprove the Russia narrative in any way?

Do you guys not watch the fucking news? Have you mot been paying attention to the Russia story and all that's involved? There is clearly something going on with Trump and Russia and it cannot be taken back.

This is a sad attempt to try and wipe Trumps slate clean with Russia.

This is no surprise to me. Like they said it's just about rating, they gotta do what they gotta do. It;s the same reason I think FOX's ratings were so high during the Obama years. The viewers just like the see the side they dislike get shit on and reaffirm their bias. You could also attribute the growth in Colbert's ratings into this.

That being said, I love that Trump is actually calling them out on it all the time since I know no actual politician would go to the same lengths.

I don't know how many non liberals even bother with the MSM anymore though, so I doubt all their hysteria will influence any of the upcoming elections that much. It's all for ratings.

You're fucking naive if you don't think Presidents haven't been using their position for extramarital affairs. Power is an aphrodisiac, and we've had at least a couple historic philanderers in office. Do I support the behavior? Fuck no. But I also don't think it has much bearing on their ability to function according to their role in office.

I mean, fuck if we compare Clinton to Bush I think it's pretty easy to say which was the better president. Even if Bush remained loyal to his wife.

Spending money to campaign in russia is not a crime, and it is ludicrous. Funding cyber attacks is a crime, but there is no evidence of a cyber attack at all, go watch jeh johnson's testimony the DNC REFUSED the feds access. The only report that has been issued on the DNC emails was issued by a DNC contractor croudstrike.

>To be honest this conversation seems incredibly disingenuous to me. Do you honestly expect me to believe you have a hard time imagining how a foreign power flaunting the sovereignty of our country to help get a candidate elected is not illegal? Nobody is that thick.
What just suggested is a great hypothetical, and it is a problem, probably an act of war, and yet not even the democrats are claiming this. Croudstrike claimed that russia hacked DNC emails. two problems with this.

1) we are never going to war because of the forensic analysis of a private contractor
2) a foreign entity jeopardizing our soverignty does not equate an impeachable offense.

>Hahaha, what? That's not how a special counsel works. Mueller was called in by Rosenstein, Trump's deputy attorney general.

Right because congress voted to go forward with an investigation. Rosenstein is also not an apointee of trump's, its totally disingenuous to pretend its not politically motivated..

And that's exactly the problem. It's an overhyped opinion "story" at best. News is evidence+opinion of the evidence. That's been bastardized to strictly opinion and now touted as eventual fact when nothing so far has even come close other than a guy trump had already let go. Investigations can be opened about anything too and that is certainly not some type of smoking gun.

There you go being misleading again. The perjury comes from Session's confirmation hearing where he states he met with no Russians or parties representing Russians. Then, in the congressional hearing about the Russian probe, he amidst to meeting with Russian representatives twice, quibbling about whether he remembered a third time.

Seems like a pretty cut and dry case of perjury to me.

Friendly reminder to you youngn's that the prosecutor was looking into women who say he harassed them while in office, and he lied under oath about the the Lewinsky affair to a judge who was to determine if her case was plausible (ie, if he had a history of doing this, the case needs to go forward).

>I was referring to you making overarching statements about the ultimate conclusions of Mueller's investigation. You're not Mueller, you can't just say "NO OBSTRUCTION".

Comey said no obstruction, there is no evidence of obstruction publicly available. There is no evidence that the investigation is even about obstruction of justice or that it is broader than the original scope of "russians hacked the elections". so if we are going to engage in debate about obstruction, we are outside of the realm of what is knowble period. Yet my argument must be stronger due to lack of existance of an obstruction investigation let alone existance of evidence.
>What exactly do you think Trump colluding with Russians to influence the election in the US is about, anyway?

"Russians hacked the election"
its a bunch of bullshit, that ship sailed when the DNC refused the feds access. There is no possible avenue for collusion or to suggest credibly that there was an act of war.

>Seems like a pretty cut and dry case of perjury to me.
He was asked if he met with russians as a part of the campaign. he responded in kind saying he met with no russians.
His response did not explicitly denote "in the campaign", although he did twice meet with the russian ambassitor as a congressmen, these were also a matter of public record as of the actual meetings with the ambassitor.

this wont be prosecuted, its common practice, the question had a specific implication which he answered accurately and has nothing to do with national security.

The sad thing here is that you're acting coy when you really believe this. Doesn't matter where reality might lie, you know your colors and to hell with the rest.

I only have anecdotes I've read in the news which suggest proof, but something suggests to me you'll break down claiming "FAKE NEWS" if I try to offer those tidbits to you.

In which case I'll just say wait until Mueller's investigation is over. I'm sure if Mueller provides proof that Trump obstructed Justice you'll maintain your ethical rigor and fully support his impeachment as due course for his actions.

And if you don't. I want you to remember this conversation, and appreciate the revelation that you're truly a hypocrite whose words are as empty as your morals.

>It's not just about hacking, you dipshit, its also about shit like the Russians running a smear campaign through paid shills and wikileaks.

having an opinion or sharing evidence of actual crimes, like the rigging of the democratic primaries is not an attack against america's soverignty. not even remotely.

>Oh please, you actually buy that "draining the swamp" bullshit after seeing what he did with his cabinet?

the cabinet is a problem, but sometimes you know your friends by your enemies. Paul Ryan and John McCain are great metrics.

>The sad thing here is that you're acting coy when you really believe this. Any information which runs counter to your internal narrative is disregarded as bullshit, you gotta defend your team against the opposing one right? Doesn't matter where reality might lie, you know your colors and to hell with the rest.

lol, the article indicated that trump wanted them to spill the beans on the investigation. If there is evidence it would hurt him if not it would vindicate him. that simple.

Comey said trump said the same thing to him. That there was no evidence against him or investigation into him and that when trump asked him to say publicly that he wasnt being investigated that it wasnt obstruction. Literally the exact same scenario.

But you arnt reconciling the fact that what trump asked comey to do (which isnt obstruction) is the exact same thing he asked these generals to do (which by applying some critical thinking must not be obstruction either).

This is pure objectivity.

Seriously, you go read the article again. I saw what it said, we can deconstruct it together if you like.

I know he won't be prosecuted. My faith in our ability to hold some of our highest offices accountable had been somewhat gutted when Clapper commited perjury by lying about information being collected on millions of Americans.

Doesn't mean I can't still hope the system might hold -some- of our guilty politicians accountable. Even a broken clock is right twice a day after all.

Clapper's offense was far worse.
One of the reasons sessions isnt being persued is because he isnt trump, bannon or conway. These are the targets. sessions is just getting thrown in for partisan divisiveness. The democrats dont really want his head, they just want you to be mad about it.
