Comey said no obstruction, there is no evidence of obstruction publicly available. There is no evidence that the investigation is even about obstruction of justice or that it is broader than the original scope of "russians hacked the elections". so if we are going to engage in debate about obstruction, we are outside of the realm of what is knowble period. Yet my argument must be stronger due to lack of existance of an obstruction investigation let alone existance of evidence.

He was asked if he met with russians as a part of the campaign. he responded in kind saying he met with no russians.
His response did not explicitly denote "in the campaign", although he did twice meet with the russian ambassitor as a congressmen, these were also a matter of public record as of the actual meetings with the ambassitor.
