I have a 9-5 job and it's draining me. How do you guys manage to have a normal day job and work out, eat clean and do creative stuff?
Help me not become a fucking drone worker/consumer.

Eating clean is easy. You choose what food you consume, so just buy clean food.
As for working out, most find it preferable to wake up early, work out, then go to work. This requires you to have a bit of self control, because people in our age bracket tends to have issues going to bed early / waking up early. But this leaves your after-work hours totally free.
Also, read Evola.

Funny you mention Evola I was discussing it with a friend yesterday.
You're completely right about waking up early, it's fucking hard for me. After a day of work, if I just go to sleep I feel like a total robot..so I end up staying up late. fuck

If you end work at 5, depending on your commute, you still have a good couple of hours even if you go to bed at 10, enabling you to wake up at 6AM if you're aiming for 8 hours of sleep.
I'm a grad student who from 9-5 is in my department building; what I do is wake up at 6, get to the gym by 7, workout from 7 to 8, shower, and get to my office by 9. After, I go home, make dinner, read, shitpost a bit, do a little writing, go for a walk in the woods, play some video games (degenerate, I know) and then sleep. Having some kind of small planner you can carry around with you helps, to keep track of what you're doing, and also any interesting thoughts or obersvations you have during the day.

My 9-5 is more like a 9:30-19:30
So technically from 9AM to 8PM my day is dedicated to work.
In the evening I'm tired as fuck and need time to unwind..doesn't leave you with much time :/
