They are not obssesed cuck, it's a Dia de los Muertos celebratiom where people remember they lost loved ones (A tradition that no one does anyways) But the skeletons parody mainly dead mexican celebrities or revolutionary themes. The skeletons is also seen as a cultural thing in other countries like samurai for the Japs.
