1) Use a pop up blocker like uOrigin.
2) Don't visit sketchy sites, browse for porn on your phone.
3) Use an anti-virus and anti-malware
4) Keep your computer up to date.
5) Don't take any links through email even from family. Check email on phone.
6) Don't download any applications from non-trusted sites.

Done. If there is any type of malware that is able to get into your computer without you fucking up or a zero day attack that can get into Windows or Apple or Linux even with you keeping your computer up to date, then just chill the fuck out and watch as every fucking person in the world is hacked along with you.
