Why do America wage war on countries that have a dictator?

A dictator who keeps corruption to a minimum, purges rebels, gives you free hospitals, houses, raises education levels and stuff on an African country.

B
A democratic leader who actively tries to end your race importing millions of subhumans, raises taxes, promotes cultural marxism and tears down freedom of speech.
Democracy is a jewish lie, it's the easiest system to corrupt, it only takes a couple of traitors to sell out a country.
