Communism (((international socialism))) destroys one's allegiance to his tribe, race, and ultimately himself. Under this system, you worship the state as your humanity is limited to your role within the collective.
National socialism creates a collective for those who are defined as members of the nation/tribe. This allows for discrimination, which is a basic element of human cognition, but also allows for a collective sense of identity associated with your fellow citizens and the state. Surely you understand why Hitler has to propped up as the reason national socialism can never happen again while we have ameritards screaming for communism.

It could be based on race, but it doesn't have to be. Hierarchy can take many forms, but I think the point here is that natsoc recognizes and utilizes natural human variations in intellect, strength, etc to build a strong nation while communism tries to deny our natural differences (even our individual egos) in service of the collective.

Hierarchy will naturally form. Fascism is about ensuring that the best will rise to the top and act as a guiding light for society. Mosley proposed this being done by having positions in government being accessed only through skill in your profession, rather than the system we have at the moment where positions in government go to those who can best play the party political system. He proposed that workers would vote for representatives of their profession to speak for them in parliament. Race isn't necessarily important, a man can be of upstanding character no matter his race, but his race will play a role in how capable he is.
