Learn web development - full stack, specifically.
Start with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, learn some front-end frameworks like Vue. Know how databases work.

The biggest piece of advice when it comes to starting something of your own is just keep going no matter what unless you have a good reason to believe that what you're doing is no longer viable. So it's tricky. If it's viable - scale it or sell it. Or make an eBook about it and peddle it to thirsty idiots at BHW or WF.

Winning is a state of mind - the sooner you realize this the quicker you'll be shopping for bimmers. Most people don't like to change or challenge themselves... every single day of those 4 years was a struggle. Booze, depression, long-ass hours, etc. But in the end, you only have to persevere until luck aligns with you and then you win.

People have the notion that taxes are this fixed cost that is impossible to change, so you should deduct taxes when stating your salary, however this simply is not true. Not only that, but there are many ways to legally avoid taxes such as investing into certain retirement accounts, certain higher education accounts, certain health accounts, etc...
