Can I ask what you do for a living? In undergrad I did a semester of independent study on exploring how the Civil War is portrayed in film. I'd love to go back and do an MA or something, but I don't know how I'd justify it to myself.

So I am thinking of starting a Civil War blog and focusing it on some of the minor, lesser-discussed issues of the war. Things like some human interest stories, raids, individual soldiers, towns.
