Certain people are suited towards certain jobs and women are more suited towards childcare due to their maternal instincts. Since being a teacher is kin to childcare they're naturally inclined to it, and over the years they've become a huge force within the education industry. You can look up any research into political views by gender and find women are far more blue-pilled than men, and their over-representation in schools has naturally led to schools being more blue-pilled as a result. This is very true from what I've seen of social sciences. In STEM you can avoid that fuckery. I have a centrist professor, who doesn't like guns, but he enjoys getting research funding. So when lil old me comes along with a grant from Uncle Sam to do some ballistics research and biomechanics research on Navy SEALs he's more than happy to support me in that process for a thesis. Masters and PhD's are wastes of time if you're paying for them, if you're getting paid well while you're doing it and in a good field they can pay off immensely. People coming out of my co-advisors lab with Master's degrees start at $150k in composites engineering stuff for the DoD/MIC
