1) By being among the "white" category, they can prima facie deny having an incentive to propagate affirmative action.
2) (((They))) are already well-established in these positions, and thus they are the gate keepers and the deciders of who gets the positions before the quotas cap out. Of course "whites" can still get hired despite affirmative action, but given that (((they))) are already in hiring capacities in these positions, they can select their own "whites" before any other "whites".
3) When 5% of an organization is (((them))), and only 70% can be "white", there's still plenty of room to grow and saturate (((themselves))) into the organization.
4) When the "white" quota fills up more quickly and has a lower maximum capacity, there is less competition from outside "white" groups, who are in most cases their greatest competitors in terms of institutional control.
Well yea, joos get there by sheer nepotism more often than not.
So affirmative action only erodes whitey's position.
So you end up like today already with most of the important positions filled by kikes, and some quota niggas, with regular goyim unable to have a career past medium level management etc.
