Bernard Lietaer has just been indicted under 17 CFR 240.15c1-2 - Fraud and misrepresentation under the securities and exchange committee when he held a crowdsale of worthless tokens purported in a whitepaper to be a solution to price liquidity. Shortly after his whitepaper, Cornell professor Emin Gun Sirer wrote an article explaining how this was impossible and that the whole project was flawed.
"People invested tens of millions of dollars in Ether to a project that amounts to nothing more than a house of cards," the report explains.
Not even a week later, the Feds raided his house and office.
This really fucking sucks considering I spent almost my entire school loan to get some of these tokens. Now they are tanking under the alleged "magic number" Lietaer claimed his tokens would never fall below. With jews you lose I guess. I should have known better /pol
