_culture_ has heavy influence on a persons IQ and their general behavior. You cant expect a man growing up living in the worst part of Chicago, or a person living his whole life for the sole purpose of waking up working to feed and provide for his family and then sleep only to rise and repeat, to have the same IQ as another person with optimal surroundings and opportunity's. What are your thoughts on this? Now obviously this will also spiral for better or for worse depending witch scenario you are in. I think biology is just the root and culture is the deciding factor. I understand that globalism is a big problem but you have to realize that if you are browsing here the puppetmaster is your enemy.
