So this asshole thinks he can get away with tricking Americans after he tricked his own country. the GDP went down and inflation went up under him. Purchasing power parity went down but overall employment went up and finances went down under him
there's also belief that he somehow falsely achieved his fortune

He strained relations with other latin American countries
Illegal immigration rose 152% under him and population growth decreased 35%
He wants that population decrease because it boosts their employment rate
René Drucker, National Autonomous University of Mexico's coordinator of basic science research said, "no other government in recent history has neglected research in the basic sciences as Fox's".
Fox's largest investment in infrastructure cost 954 million pesos and was to be one of the most advanced constructions Mexico would have, but ended up being a complete failure as it was shut down less than a year later to be repaired under another administration
