Definitely, if you are the most important person in a company then you wont be replaced. But is everyone on such a level? Not every human is mentally capable of being a scientist or an artist even, hell not every human is capable of working construction. Just because 10% of people can do it doesnt mean its easy, it means its hard.

Feminism is awesome for women when they're in their 20s. They can capitalize on their sexuality as much as they want, in every aspect of their lives. Of course they'll take advantage of it.
And then they get older and feminism starts failing them. Eventually they want a family or husband. And there's where the whole thing breaks down: by then it's a bit too late. Too late because they'd have a hard time figuring out how to make it work given how they've lived their life until then. And too late because men get less and less motivated as they get older and have had to deal with feminism. And less motivated to settle down with older women too.
It took a while to condition both men and women into wanting marriage and being able to make it work. There has to be motivation. Sex isn't enough. For alphas, it doesn't matter. For betas, they might stop caring given the constant hurt. Libido dies down as you get older. It has to be about more than that. It has to work out for both people, not just women.
It doesn't help that the government interfering to force economic equality between gender (no matter how much harder men work) made young men useless to young women, so they'll date older men instead. The supply-and-demand at different age groups is not what a healthy society would need. The elite are currently trying to fix it with mass immigration.
We played ourselves. This is going to be very hard to fix.

There was this thing that happened during the 1970's in America where women bitched and complained to join the workforce. This led toward roughly doubling of the workforce which roughly halved wages. Because of this, both mother and father had to work to sustain the home. Then you had even more competition introduced in the workforce with the influx of migrants from countries like Mexico. On top of that, several jobs were being offshored to shitholes where people would do the same job for pennies on the dollar. This, among other factors, created great economic tension. Because men were no longer capable of earning the same amount they once did because of the aforementioned reasons and inflation, women looked towards those who could, namely government. Since women do not have to show any kind of loyalty toward men to remain in their good grace for sustinance, they fucked whoever they wanted. This created the slut culture you see today where "strong" and "independent" women don't need a man because they can lean against the welfare state if anything ever went wrong. Men, seeing this, become repulsed and afraid of marriage and committment and become bitter NEET recluses that you see shitposting here every day. That is the end of my story. Thank you for reading.
