To be honest I did not sped too much time there, spent 3 days in Brussels in 2012. I just went to visit a friend who was there taking a course.
I don't have anything bad to say about it, I was just mad because I thought that I was going to interact with Belgium people, beautiful blond girls etc, and the first impression is that you are in a much advanced Iraq...
