Calories aren't bad. I don't know why people avoid them like the plague in hopes of getting skinnier or something. It's literally a measurement of the energy it takes to evaporate water. You eat more calories you just gotta do more exercise, pretty simple. It's not a good idea to avoid calories especially if you live in a cold area where you need every bit of caloric intake and fats to move around.
