As head of the foreign office, May banned Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller from entering the country to lay a wreath at Fusilier Lee Rigby's memorial. (Rigby was beheaded in broad daylight by Jihadis). Her excuse was they would stir up societal tensions. On the other hand, she allows returning ISIS fighters back into England without consequence.
