When you really look into the islamic faith it's a faith that expected to spring forth subjugate the entire world to allahs law by slaughtering anyone who opposed them.. but something unexpected happened and that idea didn't happen, and now they have to explain away their own doctrine about how they want to kill us so "islam is a peaceful religion" The adherents of it never expected to be asked such questions by those they should have subjugated already.. You might call that something that happened so that islam didn't take over the world "divine intervention" you can call it whatever you want, but it didn't happen, evenso islam reigned over more territory through convert and kill doctrine than the roman empire at its peak (which ofcourse not having such doctrine).

So let me ask you what fits with the beast that roars like a lion walking about seeking whom it may devour.. it suffered a mortal headwound (caliphate dismantled in 1924) but the warning is.. it's going to come back nastier than before.. and only god himself and his army will come down destroy it for good. Whereas the christians are told do all that you can to stand in those days before the arrival.. and sell your posessions and buy a sword because evil is coming to try to get you once again.

What do muslims expect.. a SINGULAR EMPEROR called mahdi (guided one) a singular emperor of islam and all the ummah.. if he arrived today he would be effectively the biggest emperor in human history reigning as singular authority over 1.4 billion people. But probably quite a bit in the future before that happens.. But you see what's going on in middle east.. prepare yourselves..
