America would still win though would find itself more exhausted from WWI. The Great Depression might come earlier and, of course, relationship with Mexico would be severely damaged. Come WWII America might keep an eye on Mexico just in case it tried the same thing again, and in the coming decades they would probably be more skeptical of Mexican immigration.

Russia won the war, the US contribution was in Africa, Italy, and the Pacific. The Soviets absorbed 80% of the German resources in Russia allowing a western advance.
