I don't know about the increases testosterone levels but I did notice an increase in overall energy and more erections. Increased sexual performance is bullshit, at least for me.

One thing that seems to get left out about not masturbating is the discipline aspect. I started out doing it, or rather not doing it, as a test of will. I believe that it has carried over to other aspects of my life but I have no way to prove this. It's purely anecdotal.

Generally I've found that something is worth doing if it is hard. Abstaining from masturbation is certainly hard.
