1. Start secretly stockpiling nukes at bases in Asia, including Japan and SK. Secretly sell nukes to Taiwan if possible.
2. Do not inform the public what is going on. Tell China that if they won't handle NK, they will go public. The embarrassment from losing 面子 alone could very well be enough to force China's hand. The stockpile will remain until China handles NK.
Ballsy move, but the only way to get shit done in China is by lighting a fire under people's asses.
