Would we know? How could we possible know if Human meat was being consumed by the public at large. With today’s processed foods we really have no clue. I heard an interview one day that stated that 265,000 refugees have completely vanished in Germany. That is a lot of ground meat stuffed into Bratwurst.
I have often joked that Totinos Party Pizza sauce and pepperoni is made by planned parenthood.
Could you find enough psychopaths to outfit a few meat packing plants to butcher humans to be sent to other facilities that do not know what they are putting into the food?

That's because McDonald's meat is ultra-processed. Human meat is probably too expensive to process for McDonalds to replace the few remaining bits of meat they use with it.

What you taste in McDonald's food is most likely organ meat. It is cheap because Americans rarely use that type of meat and you wouldn't recognize the flavor. Especially after it has been processed through a ungodly amount of preservatives.
Chicken nuggets for a fact have liver (Which is actually extremely good for you and more nutritious than muscle protein. So don't freak out.)
