Transhumanism General
What is your opinion on transhumanism, /pol/?
How far would you go?
>Mechanical limbs / organs (presuming human capacity or better).
>Nanites in the brain that allow you to temporarily utilize the processing power of 1000 brains (in the same way modern computers can use the cloud to 'borrow' processing power if needed).
>Ocular augmentations that allow you to see the full light spectrum
>CRISPR gene manipulation (immunity, immortality, super-organs, custom organs, custom aesthetics).
>Modifying humans to better comfortably live on future interplanetary colonies.
What will happen in a world where 'race' means nothing because you can pay to change on the fly?

... are we going to make ourselves (or perhaps we'll split into various species, one of which is) a hive-mind?
Are we going to make ourselves the Zerg wherein the internet itself is the 'overmind'?
We already essentially take orders from the internet; not because it's a tyrant that forces us, but because it aggregates the best possible answers to all our questions.
